Charlie is the newest resident of The House and does not plan to stay. She originates from Earth and had a caring owner named Liz, who she is desperately fighting hard to return to. Even in her time of stress, she tries to take care of everyone around her, often without even thinking about it. She adapts to The House's weirdness surprisingly well but her suspicions remain clear. While she may appear small and soft, she can quickly become sharp and protective with startling speed and strength. Even after learning that The House doesn't seem to have any malicious intent, she can't help but dig to learn more.

- Charlie was randomly gifted to Liz by her Nana when she was barely old enough to retain memories.
- Liz originally could not think of a name for her new plush. She only settled on Charlie after watching the Charlie Brown adverts that came at the beginning of her favorite Blue's Clues VHS tapes.
- The name Rex also comes from Blue's Clues.
- Charlie will never forgive Liz's third grade teacher Mrs. Petersen for confiscating her when Liz needed her most.
